1. Mr. Hall - July 23, 2007

This is a hard question to answer because there are so many good books out there. One of my favorite books is Measle and the Wrathmonk by Ian Ogilvy. This book is about a boy, named Measle Stubbs, who is forced to live with his guardian. The guardian, Basil Tramplebone, is not a very nice guy. He makes Measle’s life no fun. Measle’s only source of enjoyment is watching Basil play with his model train set. Measle decides to trick Basil into leaving the house so that Measle can play with the train set. When Basil walks in on Measle playing with the train set he gets very mad. Since he is a Wrathmonk, a very bad wizard, he ends up shrinking Measle into the size of a cockroach. Measle’s punishment is that he has to live out the rest of his life in the train set. Measle soon discovers that he was not the only one who met this fate. Together with his new friends they have to escape the train set and try to get back to their normal selves. This book is a definite page turner. It is very hard to put down, and as soon as you finish you are longing for more! (Never fear – there are more books in the series!)

2. LevMor - November 15, 2007

My favorite book would have to be The BFG by Roald Dahl.
